That is exactly what the history of this company tells us. No joke. It is clear that any shares being sold are mostly from the MM that jerry has in his pocket. He continually either authorizes more shares are is manipulating how that shares are being put on the market. You can argue all you want how that is not possible, but this is not ibm or msft who have rules to go by. These OTC companies really have no rules because enforcement doesnt have the time or manpower to do so. This guy is very good at one thing, manipulating his boiler room stock. He could care less about all the products he sells, because he barely grosses a few hundred thousand a year in sales, and never has exceeded it. His game is not selling product, its manipulating stock for a profit. He hopes that folks wont invest enough so when they lose it they have not lost enough to complain. So yes, even a short term play is inevitable unless you can time your 1/1000 of a penny gain perfectly intertwined with jerry's buys and sells.
