I am a little surprised. Vanis seemed to take steps to be transparent and forthcoming. Hell, he even had a conference call where he fielded live questions.

Now he'll send out a newsletter, not do anything the letter said he would, and then go silent.

Where's the game changer that we took out a note for??? Sounds like it fell through just like the celebrity endorsement. Otherwise, months later, it would have been announced.

Also, if you have a "game changer," you would announce that wen you get the new note instead of trying to hide in the in 10q. It was only when pressed that he said, "oh about that ... Well you see there's this game changer ...." And we are stupid and believe it

You know what .... It sounds like vanis needs money and so he comes up with fake reasons to get new notes and increase the SS.

We want this to succeed so badly that we just accept it and then sit back wonder why it doesn't come to fruition.
