I agree 100%. Ken needs help (we stockholders). He gets the proper counsel and we're golden. This is a huge opportunity. I believe SPDC'S not disputing the claim. They just found a way to possibly have the suit dismissed because of the incompetence of Ken. This is bad. He'd better have this problem fixed or it may be over.
