Completely disagree with this observation - sure there was a wait when Allaq came in - totally different scenario. If Abadi puts someone in place who knows what they are doing with a gameplan things could move EXTREMELY QUICKLY - it is about MAKING DECISIONS and MOVING FORWARD QUICKLY. Nothing says that cannot occur with a new governor of the CBI. Nothing says there must be a ONE YEAR delay before anything can happen. Ditto with the BS about a currency cannot reprice itself. Happens all the time. HELL the IQD repriced itself from $3+ to 4000 to 1 BECAUSE THE IMF AND UN/USA SAID SO.

If it can be forcibly lowered then it can go back the other direction with equal violence.

8-12-2015 Newshound Guru Kaperoni I fear that Allaq gets removed and we start over with a new CBI Gov and that means another setback and waiting game. Sure I would like to see him go, but everytime they replace the gov, it means status quo for at least a year.
