Is there a serious problem with KannaWay?

I'm beginning to think that there is something seriously wrong at KannaWay

1) No news has been posted on the site since July 21 (the 7/20 Vision Call recap). That's three weeks without a post.

2) The site certificate has expired, and hasn't been fixed, resulting in missing images and browser security warnings

3) This has caused a fairly big drop in KannaWay.com's Alexa ranking, and Netvaluator, which had Kannaway.com valued at about $12K yesterday, now values it at about $8200. Other valuation sites show similar values.

4) There has been no posts on the Facebook page since 7/28 (two weeks), and that one was about a screw-up regarding news about a sale that wasn't properly propagated across the organization. They used to post one or two times per day.

5) Also, there have been no tweets since July 21:

I know that this is all "surface" data, but IMO, this looks pretty bad.

MJNA paid more than 800M shares for this?
