Exactly! If this is such a "safety issue" why does Baltia keep getting the crap end of the stick. If it is such a safety concern, shouldn't every plane, from every airline who uses this vendor be grounded? The passengers safety doesn't just fall on Baltia. Every single passenger flying any carrier who uses this vendor lives are in jeopardy. Seems ridiculous that Baltia can't pass because of this vendor, but every airline can fly and generate revenue using the same equipment.
