h2145h, ZTE needs to do business in the USA, do you think that a measly billion is going to get in between making more billions? Think about the deal they just signded with Google, where do you think they are going to sell those telephones? The only place they can sell them is CHINA, do you think Google/Alphabet is going to jump into the murky waters of the pool in CHINA?, I think they would like to clean up their act and do business here.
