NO CEO (disappeared in 2012 to avoid lawsuits and hasn't been heard from since). No office. No physical presence. No phone. No email. No contacts - period. No personnel. No assets (including no patents). No reporting to the SEC since 2007. Dissolved by the Secretary of State of North Carolina in 2012. Negative book value the result of outstanding debt. Little wonder the ask is 0.0001.
