The mini went flawlessly when it came to the staff.

They actually had the slides deployed in under 10 seconds - record time for them and record time for the industry as a whole.

The packing and repairing of the slide....under SMS....is now a problem that has to be resolved by the airline itself, even though the repacking facility has been approved and is certified by the FAA to do this work.

That situation has already been addressed.

Baltia sent each and every slide back to the repacking facility for recertification. They obtained the proper manuals for the slides, studied them, and sent two of their own personnel down to the repacking facility to oversee the process.

Above and beyond the call of duty. No stone unturned.

What you have to get is that Baltia's determination to be certified is unwavering. They will get it done, and everytime they encounter an obstacle, they will find the proper way to overcome it.
