Thanks for the info. From what others have said, it doesn't seem like they plan to suspend their SEC filings. It also seems like just a hope that there are plans to have an acquisition or merger, even though I share that same hope, just it has been too long of a waiting period for that and there is no data to support that hope. Based on their PR from April on the expansion of manufacturing capacity with Erik Van Horn's return to the company and based on their PR from June on Toxicology testing trials, it seems like option 3 is the most likely option. Despite the fact that they appear to just be busy with various activities behind the scenes, the overall consensus seems to be that with everyday that passes by the chances are greater and greater that the SEC suspends this stock.
