Here is the response from MSPC:

We will be addressing our shareholders in the next few days regarding the R/S and status of our current and future projects. We appreciate you as a shareholder and we are confident that our company will continue to grow and create shareholder value. Please, have a little more patience, as we are working very hard for Metrospaces.
