Restricted is around 300M .. There is just not enough interest on this stock for some reason. I average down already and bought at .025 .. It's a easy mover though with small volume. Honestly bro I have not seen this company traded 1-2M volume in 1 day. Hoping that some big whale will support it. But there is just no stories to tell investors. There story is a stop sign at otc.
