China's exporters gain and US exporters, and exporters from other Countries, lose as the Yuan gains competitive devaluation strength and products from the US, and other countries, lose competitive pricing positions. The Central Bank allows a 2% ban for devaluing China's currency. If the US, and other Countries around the globe, devalue their currency then there is zero sum gain for Chinese exporters.
