With my many years of management experience working with a multi-complex of private and public organizations, I have achieved successful and timely completion of the engineering design of hundreds of Development projects for my clients. In 1965, after serving in the United States Army, I joined a civil engineering and land surveying company as a Draftsman/Designer. At that time the Company, EH&H, Inc. had 20 employees consisting of engineers, land surveyors, draftsman, designers and administrative personnel. . In 1984, as President of E,H&H, Inc. the company employed 110 employees that were located in 4 offices within the State of Maryland. At the request of KCI, a larger civil engineering and land surveying company I negotiated the sale E,H&H Inc. to KCI, a subsidiary of the international company, The Hanson Group, located in Great Britain. I worked for KCI as Executive Vice President until 1987. I was then a business consultant to the company for several years thereafter and at the same time I began developing real estate property within the State of MD.
