"Stated terms" but NOT the fine print. Do you really think anyone else but you and maybe one other basher really think ANY pinky CEO is going to do a toxic loan that coverts out to more than 4 decimal places. IF Wayne is what you say, he is not stupid. A 64 billion dilution would put him out of business. Get off this 64B BS. Authorized shares have to reflect total dilution. If AS increases to 64 Billion on the next financials, I will apologize.
