Sounds like Pane is so pissed off about the 125mm shares being taken away that he teamed up with the convertible he was responsible for putting together along with someone else to force the stock price down.

This is obviously not a friendly situation.

Stock is being manipulated down.

We want nothing to do with pane ever again, he's a rat!
