population in opdivo trial, not to mention the AE's (sides effects...)


The subgroup issue is very real, but unclear how this plays out. Opdivo had solid OS numbers in the overall population.

But the AE argument is nonsense. Opdivo was clearly more tolerable with less AEs than Docetaxol. Bavi might well be very safe, but it is still Bavi + Doce, and the combo will clearly no better than Doce alone.
