An RS is the only thing that can save this stock imo as I stated a few weeks back. Nothing is going to increase pps without one even though they stated against it. It's seems inevitable at this point and probable sooner than later. Unless this CD is being used for issues related to rebranding and possibly acquisitions then it may have a chance without RS. I have seen so many otc stocks follow this path. The other thing they haven't seem to do is release bs press releases for the sake of doing so. The ones they do release seem to have merit to them but they are very future driven.
