I don't know if any of you guys are aware of this but XXII is not far away from getting a notice of delisting from the NYSE Market if they cannot keep their share price above $1. So how would one get their share price from 67 cents to a dollar in a matter of weeks without any substantial news and a unresolved lawsuit ?
You guessed it ! Reverse split is coming to soon to a stock near you.
And historically speaking of companies that do a reverse split, their share price after the R/S usually suffers for this. Anyways just food for thought.
