It's penny flippers that did not get rich last week and can't wait until a little more maturity of a developmental company..
Got a few more today but don't need to keep buying as I'm right heavy here... That being said today's news is good news. If you can't wait please don't buy this...
If you can wait for a huge move from this level.... Buy it and hold the dang thing..

This news should have ran it up but too many traders too tired, impatient, and wanting to argue...
Get it if you want it and sell it (some) when it gets to a dime....
