Management can't be touched due to share structure in place. Imo this stock will die a slow death until it hits bottom and languish there until such time as there end game objective is realized and their main focus for their business model is put into play. If positive news comes out followed by effective results then this can move but with continued dilution there is little or no reason for stock to move.
