Remember this news release?

This about sums it up for me. I knew we were all in trouble when they allowed a media source to write this crap, basically stating that they gave fair warning to all!!

This is my fav...anytime a phrase includes "the loss in revenue has management worried," it's time to sell. Good luck, Jim Kras and Michael James. You are both screwed when it comes to finding a new job. Every time your names are Googled, the words criminals and scam will be associated with your names. That's gotta suck. I sure hope Derek Peterson and TRTC realizes that any connection to this company and to Michael James is terrible for credibility.

"The loss in revenue has management worried as they had stated that the current revenue is insufficient for ongoing operations."

Inergetics Management is Aware of the Issues - BrokerBank Securities

7:00 am ET June 22, 2015 (PR Newswire) Print
Inergetics Inc. (OTCBB: NRTI) through its subsidiary is a research based bio-nutraceutical company that is involved in the field of nutritional science, recently released its 2015 Q1 financial results. The highlight of these results includes a significant decline in revenues and a modest decrease in operating loss resulting from cost cutting measures undertaken by management. Inergetics Inc. posted an operating loss of $2.14 million in the Q1 2015 compared an operating loss of $3.02 million in same quarter, a year earlier. This is the only bit of brightness coming out of this latest financial release and shows that management can effectively reduce costs. The loss in revenue has management worried as they had stated that the current revenue is insufficient for ongoing operations.

Though management has been relatively successful at reducing costs, more importantly is increasing revenues so that the company can continue to operate effectively.
