How do we know for sure that the deal with Lynch has not closed? The PR did say that the private placement agreement had already been signed, and that the stock going to Lynch was going to sit in escrow for two weeks before it was transferred.

Just because we didn't get another "fluff" PR saying that the stock had in fact been transferred, doesn't mean that it hasn't happened, right?

I swear, if we WOULD have gotten a PR like that, LOTS of people would have bitched, whined, and complained about another "fluff" PR. I personally think the deal is done...
