That and the dropping prices for home battery storage. I read an article today that in Germany it's already a positive business case to have storage in your house. All you need more, and perhaps on shady days, comes from the old-fashioned energy suppliers.
If this goes on then in a few years it will be interesting everywhere on the planet ... next problem will be the resources probably
