They're increasing the OS by about 30% by adding 20M shares at $0.27 I believe, so look for an entry around a 30% discount from that. So, just about $0.19 will be good. Maybe as low as $0.15 if they are forced to RS to maintain Nasdaq listing.

Material events will move it up from there.
