Yes. .0003 is too high.

How many people bought at 001 or 0015 hoping for it to go higher, waiting on news. Now their bag holders, either averaging down and spending MORE money or HOPING good news comes out so they can get out at break even with their money.

There are alot of better plays than this, where there is not rampant dilution and a CEO who does not care about investors.

Wait for .0001 if you must buy, and hope it does not go to no bid.
