Two or even one tick flipping makes money. The way things are manipulated today, small gains and on to the next one works well. These tickers are all one tick away from oblivion. Buying low and getting out on two ticks a few trades a day or even a week adds up. If your not on the insiders' list to buy early you are the one paying them. JMO
