The sign-off process requires a number of signatures and all must sign it in order for the document to be officiated. I know this due to my 35 years of experience as a senior flight test project engineer at a major aerospace company dealing with the military, NASA and the FAA. Of course he/she at the FAA has other work to attend to but certification of a new airline has priority over everything except safety issues. I'm just concerned about the recent drone events near airports that is infecting our country.

Again, thank you for highlighting these issues and lets all hope we start our proving flights by the end of the week.
