Through a FINRA approved reverse merger, PV Enterprises International, Inc. (PVEC) is now Drone Services USA, Inc.........

Yup that is the Nevada company that DSUS bought from PV. The lawsuit is against the Florida company which means it is only against PV.

Furthermore, if some had done some additional DD and been aware of what has gone in the past then they would know the following

This case and MOST of PV's stuff was for the Florida corporation whole owned by PV. Any criminal action Peter might have been involved in is against PV and HIM ALONE. PV's assistant sued him for back wages. But the assistant lied to the state of Florida and got caught. That was after the referenced lawsuit was filed by the assistant that the state of Florida dept of labor found in favor of PV. I spoke to someone at PV's office in Florida and I was told this almost word for word a long while back.
