They paid full price for the property . Which seems to be far more per acre than any other like property in Pueblo. Perhaps location on a major highway and some infrastructure on the property had something to do with that.
I'm guessing they will either charge rent for the property and/or have some sort of revenue sharing agreement with the grower. Essentially they just entered the farming and real estate business.
