Where does it say that the "certain assets" were the CT or Acusoft? It could also be property....or even management rights....it could be a lot of things.....all which have been promised to be cleared up at the teleconference.

Not knowing does not equal confusion.....making decisions on mistaken information or having false assumptions does equal confusion.
