I have read frogdreaming's post and do agree that the IPO, if ever realized, MAY have some effect on the pps of this stock. But how and to what degree, positive or negative? The happy managers have refused to tell the shareholders about this.

I am more in line with the following from that post:

"So, if there is NO actual financial improvement in DNAG's bank account, how will they be relieved of the necessity to sell shares?"

So you can see my lack of enthusiasm for that alleged IPO.
