Received answers to questions from IR --apparently on Friday but I was not around the computer much over the weekend.

Here it is.....

In reference to your recent e-mailed questions, please note the questions and answers below:

Will the company be reporting its quarterly report on time--on August 15? And will the company do a Conference call?

Our auditors have assured the company that the 10-Q filing will be on time. As to conducting a conference call, it is being discussed to have another conference call soon after the filing.


How are the company's pipeline maintenance contracts doing? Is the company still active in trying to win additional contracts?

Yes. The company has secured several new projects and will be reported. The contracts in question are the ones previously mentioned in the Conference Call as being pursued.

Is the company actively presenting its desalination solutions to any municipalities?

Yes…many of them. As discussed on the Conference Call, we have several projects in various stages of negotiation.

Are any insiders selling stock?

No

The company can categorically state that there are no current insiders who are selling STWS stock. Recent market activity suggests that there may be selling from ex-employees, but no one who currently knows what the company is working on and the prospects for the future (insiders) are selling.
