This is not a rumor originating with me, but a fear of worse case scenario. For the record, I detest rumors and the rumor-mongerers starting these idle speculations and posting them as fact.
I believe that the stalemate with JJ is probably unresolved. If this deal goes south in favor of keeping the "ATM" open for business as usual, well, that's going to be the last straw for myself and a lot of other weary shareholders.
