So it is your expectation that SUTI shareholders are going to get more shares in SUTI as part of this dividend?

That's not what has been touted for the last year. PRPM shareholders were to receive shares in SUTI as some sort of compensation for the lost value in Protek supposedly attributable to the Global Lock.

The PR is incorrect. Too many concurrent scams for them to even notice.
