I agree with that.

I have been one of the vocal ones saying they needed to hold off on a refi until they could show what they are made of.

It's getting close to the point where I think they can go ahead and do it. Maybe wait for 1-2 more drug detection deals (if they are close) and then do it.

Refi's take time, so I'd expect to see one in the next few months.

Hopefully, some of the more vocal people here will press them on the next CC. If they dodge the questions, ask some more.
