You are writing this as if Baltia is trying to be sneaky. Last I check any and EVERY publicly traded company is going to have "insiders." They are going to have majority shareholders. If somebody believes in this company, there are going to be people outside of the corporate heads with over 10% ownership. That's called being a publicly traded company.

That is not a scheme! It's not a scam. LT believes enough in this company that he is willing to "put his money where his mouth is" to ensure this company succeeds. If I saw him buying and selling, then I would be worried. Funny enough, all I see him doing is ADDING to his position. That in itself makes me extremely comfortable with my investment.
