Am I a member of the 'core'?

Yes.

If so, I am flattered that I helped save SCRC during a period of near insolvency. The company continued only when obtaining financing through loans at usurious rates with gift warrants attached as per the blood sucking Ironridge.

Still trying to blame Ironridge, huh? So how is IR to blame when the 13G filings show that they never sold any shares... ...and when virtually every single cratering of the sp in SCRC's ENTIRE HISTORY just so happens to "coincidentally" (LOL, yeah right) align with the periods in time when tranches of the 28M shares of 0.00 and 0.05 PIPE stock unlocked and became free-trading -- 28M shares that belonged not to IR but to... ...drum roll please... ...SCRC's officially sanctioned criminal homophobe JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and his legion of fellow CORE criminals and con artists...

It's funny, most LEGITIMATE retail investors believe that "the company continued only when obtaining financing through PIPE deals at usurious discounts with gift nickel shares as per the blood sucking CORE"...

Also by issuing 5 cent Rule 144 stock they were able to survive.

OMG, how many times is the CORE going to toss out this sad and weak propoganda? During Q4'13, when SCRC began finalizing these scores of individual PIPE deals, the company already announced that it was going into compounding. Any halfwit who even knows how to pronounce the word "pharmacy" knows that compounding is the holy grail of the retail pharma sector. In addition, SCRC's own SEC filings disclosed that SCRC did not pay any cash to acquire Main Ave, but instead only lent $100k to Implex, who was the buyer of Main Ave. So, pray tell, what exactly did SCRC need $1.1M in toxic financing for, hmmm? As we saw in Q1'14, the cash began pouring in as Main Ave ramped up, so please stop with the "Worship me, my homophobic criminal leader JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and the rest of us CORE members because we saved SCRC" BS.

And as has been stated here numerous times, as much as convert notes suck when a company has no cash flow, it is actually a very very ideal form of financing once a company DOES have positive cash flow since the company can now PREVENT dilution by paying down the note rather than having it convert due to non-payment. If the CORE was truly sincere about "helping" SCRC, it would have entered into convert note agreements with SCRC, as it would have enabled you to get paid back with interest if the company succeeds -- and if it did not, it would have enabled you to guarantee yourselves 40% profits, just like every other convert note-holder in pennyland, when SCRC defaults and triggers your right to convert at a discount.

But, no, the CORE "saviors" chose the worst and most toxic financing terms possible and essentially said "f-you" to all the retail suckers that they lured in with their Section 17(b)-violating pumps by engaging in radio-active PIPE deals that immediately became 100% permanently dilutive and gave SCRC zero chance of even paying it down to prevent dilution.

Yes, great deal for shareholders, LOL...

Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 is applicable not just to direct "I am paying you to promote my company and its stock" agreements, but also to ANY agreement where dissemination of publicity is ANY form of quid pro quo where value is given by a company to a party in exchange for positive publicity. For example, if the market value of a stock is .20 and a company -- after realizing how its prior paid promoters were eviscerated after having their names disclosed in the 10Q's for being "investor relations related consultants" -- decides to simply offer these same promoters stock for a nominal amount, such as .05, and try to disguise the promotion as a cheap financing deal, well, guess what? Section 17(b) STILL applies! If a CORE knucklehead purchased 2M shares for .05/share at a time when the sp was worth .20/share, then .15/share (or $300k) is considered compensation if any part of the "financing" deal included ANY expectation whatsoever by the company to receive positive publicity from the "financier".
