highly improbable is exactly why it's so interesting. It's not impossible a $600 million bond is being produced, just very very low odds. Even more so with this history....

Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 60 split. Pay-date=12-15-99.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 10 split Pay date=05/22/2001.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 10 split Pay date=07/01/2008.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 75 split. Pay date=03/24/2010.

Formerly=Global Holdings, Inc. until 8-2015
Formerly=Worldwide Food Services, Inc. until 10-2013
Formerly=Eagle Rock Enterprises, Inc. until 8-2009
Formerly=Prime Multimedia, Inc. until 7-2008
Formerly=NATVAN, Inc. until 8-03
Formerly=Torreon Holdings, Inc. until 5-01
Formerly=Aunt Myra's, Inc. until 12-99
Formerly=Flying Ace, Inc. to 9-87

The second someone finds me a deck, underwriter info, or ANY information about the bond consider me sold on ELGL. However, a $600 million bond with no public information....
