Time to purchase Treasury stock!

If 2,750,000 shares were repurchased by Ocata, then wouldn't the need to carry a Warrant Liability of $10.8M be removed?

Currently under $3.93 at $3.80 per share. A larger drop would almost demand fiduciary action.
