It's completely implausible that Smart Win would give Mal any more money to piss away and pay his "consulting" fees with. If they were still interested they could go it alone anyway and finish drilling Bellevue.

The Belgian investors who were once so vocal got fed up and left long ago. Although maybe that guy who thought Tasmania was a strong possibility for big oil because it is midway between Antarctica and Papua New Guinea still fancies the chances.

Shell Oil will come to the rescue? LOL - where are you Neil?
