Is this a recent press release or is it from months ago when the loan was first announced? Remember when the loan was first announced, they thought things would move a lot faster. They thought they would have the money and already be building by the end of 2014. If that had been the case, the loan would have already been paid off. It seems to me, any loan would have a pay off date...They just didn't expect to reach that date before they got their money from the state.
