Might re read those filings. They are cut in stone.

the irony is that you are referring to filings from a company that doesn't file. i would assume you are referring to 8ks from years ago, right?

if so, i suggest you do a little research on exactly what an 8k is.

NMGL has nothing and all Hand wants is another shell.

do you know what a shell is? apparently not if you think NMGL has anything.
