Wow I'm surprised to hear you say terms of settlement dont matter. At time of last reporting they only had $300k cash so I would think it would matter greatly. Also if like you have said they did nothing wrong why are sure settlement is more than prior settlements? I think $50,000 is a lot of dough for a startup with limited cash supply. Certainly $50k that could have been put to better use.
