There should be a quarterly filed next week (due by COB Friday)

I guess you don't consider that news.

I do consider it news since it will provide another snapshot of transparency into the financials of a company that has become more and more opaque.

Simply ignoring bad information or pushing back expectations and timelines is an exercise in denial.
