Rumor is ARYC submits $1 billion proposal to Walgreens.....
The whole rumor and satire goes like this:
2:00 AM at Denny. Shena Happens is in a panic as the latest Twitter Twit idiocy has failed to increase to stock price by even $0.0002.
Bills are due, lawsuit is progressing, toxic lenders are now demanding to be able to convert their debt into Series c preferred stock, conference calls to receptionists at hedge funds haven't helped.
Time for grander Twitter Twit tweets. A quorum of the BOD is present so they call a meeting while waiting on their omelets.
BOD votes to submit a proposal to Walgreens that lets Walgreens use the name Arrayit in any marketing or sales material and Arrayit will promise to buy their chips, sodas and toilet paper from Walgreens.
The Twitter Twit scribbles out the proposal on a napkin. They finish their breakfast. The bill comes and they argue they aren't obligated to pay the menu price for their omelets because they are Shena Happens and that means they pay whatever they feel like, if anything.
The manager demands payment, gets it and tells them to never come back. They tip the waitress $0.10 and leave. In the car ride to the nearest Walgreens, they tell themselves they really did a number on Denny's and the waitress and they are the geniuses.
The get to the nearest 24 hour Walgreens. They enter and give the "napkin proposal" to the person manning the check-out register and leave high fiving each other. As usual, Mark Schena misses Todd's hand, loses his balance and falls down.
The get home and one of the Schena Happens clan goes online and buys 30,000 more Twitter followers and gets ready for the Twitter Twit to post about this new $1 billion "proposal".
