deb holders of notes get paid first cause their first in line
if anything left......bond holders
bond holders get paid.....what'z left....if anything....shareholders get ballance

appears management has circumvented bond holders and sharholders by forming an off shore company in Caimen islands and they are the winners
if u remember I said this would happen
and all kept buying shares
this is not my first rodeo....this is otcbb land.....penny land
appears to me they will now form another company in Delaware and start all over again

if you read the sec fillings they told u what they were going to do
no surpises
