I invest when I feel the investment will appreciate . If I have to spend $5.00to make $1.00 or if I have to spend $ 9.00 to make $1.00 its a $1.00 profit The same dollar When I was accumulating ELTP It cost $.04 to $.37 same idea It will appreciate in the future Today I could average down BUT Im not sure for the appreciation aspect in the future as so I don't want to commit and more $ When I feel appreciation in the future is reality I will BUY.... And that's how I invest ! And that's my method and it has worked for ME...Atthat point I don't care if the price is $.25 or $.45 if I feel its in a good spot I WILL BUY
