"Anyone who says they think this is black helicopter sighting is almost certainly part of the disavowing and denial arm of the manipulation."

Really?
Rosen has been doing this for a long time....they monitor the big price drops for the day (especially at the open), assess the reasons for them (SEC filings for non-reliance on previously filed financial statements are a regular source as are Wells Notice announcements), and announce an "investigation". It's what they do and it sure ain't pretty. Their quickness on the draw has served them well in terms of securing Lead Class Action Plaintiffs.

But there is zero evidence, although given their regular involvement as "first out with the bad news" there has been ample opportunity to develop it if it exists, that they benefit from any further price drop following the news. Indeed the release of the news itself usually marks the end of the "claim period", if a case is actually brought, because it is the point at which people who buy the shares do so with an awareness of the news....essentially becoming responsible themselves if doing so is a mistake.
In addition there is no proof at all of the existence of "Rosen shills".

I understand how people are feeling, but Rosen isn't a non-profit organization. They take advantage of a bad situation and make the most of it...but they aren't guilty parties here. The idea that what they do is "Clear grounds for disbarment" has no logical or legal basis.

It's easy to understand why you're seeing black helicopters....there are obviously people profiting from the SA piece and some doing so at a significant cost to many here....they aren't all manipulating the share price.

I guess that makes me "almost certainly part of the disavowing and denial arm of the manipulation", huh?
