That's funny because the websites pacer shows the litigation is ongoing in the Anstaldt federal case so that appears to be a lie. When cases are resolved they are either dismissed or settlement is filed with the court. Niether has been done which means ongoing. Anyone can check that info out.

Joe v didn't even read his own pr that said drinks were still under throwdown name!!! No attention to detail!!! Using a trademarked name that is not theirs is trademark infringement.
